With great pleasure and pride we are happy to share another milestone in our company history with you today: In March of this year, we opened our brand new Testing Center for non-destructive material testing in Burgwedel!
This opening marks a significant step in our mission to provide our customers with high quality, fast testing and first class service.
Our new testing center covers 1,400+ square feet, providing enough space to expand our testing capabilities. We are now not only able to install additional ultrasonic inspection systems, but also to increase the hiring of qualified personnel. This puts us in the best possible position to meet the increasing demands of our customers and at the same time optimize the quality and efficiency of our services.
The move from our old test center to the new one was a necessary step, as we had reached the limits of our spatial capacity despite an expansion two years ago. Our employees, who were previously spread over two locations in Burgwedel, now also work together spatially in the new Test Center. This has not only improved internal communication and collaboration, but also created an inspiring and productive working environment.
By the way, our new Test Center used to be a car showroom, which means that it’s now pleasantly bright and flooded with light thanks to large window areas.
In the new Test Center, we will continue to offer automated individual and serial inspection using ultrasound, as well as non-destructive testing using MT, PT, VT and ET. This wide range of testing methods enables us to meet the specific requirements of our customers in various industries.
Something that is very close to our hearts in this new era is our initiative to train career changers to become ultrasonic materials inspectors.
Due to strong demand, we train several inspectors in-house each year. We encourage all those who are interested in an exciting, professional challenge to apply and become part of our team.
